about us

We’ve been servicing Sunshine Coast homes and high-rises for over a decade

We pride ourselves on our technical ability, market-leading products, and jaw-dropping results. From painting, cleaning, maintenance, height safety, and waterproofing, we’ve established ourselves as the go-to partner for all things property maintenance. From multi-storey buildings to architectural homes, we're equipped with the team and expertise to deliver on any project.

Originally hailing from the UK, in 2009, Phil and his family packed their bags and headed for the Sunshine State.

Bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the Rope Access industry, Phil founded Rope Access Services (RAS) to provide the Sunshine Coast with a trusted specialist partner for painting, cleaning, maintenance and height safety services.

A then-small maintenance provider operating locally across the Sunshine Coast quickly scaled to a team of 15+ admin, operations, and technicians. Geared for growth, in 2023, RAS acquired one of the most reputable names in the Rope Access industry, Vertex Access Solutions, with a history spanning 23 years.

With this merger, RAS-VERTEX grew to a team of 25+ highly skilled and locally respected team members, enabling us to expand our delivery across the coast, tackle more extensive projects, jump on board new projects, and, most importantly, service our existing customer base with greater capability.
